Hi, I’m Freya
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in repeating relationship patterns, or navigating a difficult season of life, therapy can offer a place to pause and make sense of things.
I’m a PACFA accredited counsellor, Gestalt therapist, educator, and mother of three specialising in Master’s qualified counselling and therapy for couples and relationships, teen and youth mental health, and individuals in Mullumbimby, Cabarita NSW, and Australia-wide online via Zoom.
I work with couples, adolescents and individuals who want a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships, whether they’re facing anxiety, trauma, parenting challenges, separation, or major life transitions.
With a background in education, I have over four years of experience supporting adolescents with emotional wellbeing, neurodivergence, and the challenges that can arise within school and social life.
I hold a deep belief that our relationships, with others and with ourselves, sit at the centre of our wellbeing and shape how we experience life. I am passionate about supporting couples, teens and families to thrive.
Life happens to all of us. What matters is how we strengthen and support ourselves, and each other, to navigate it.
Through self-awareness and self-discovery, we can find a way back to ourselves in order to lead a more authentic life that feels both peaceful and true.
You are the expert on you. My role is to support you in knowing yourself more deeply, strengthening your relationships, and moving toward the life you want to live.
